S560NA – the machine has a control system Flextron with:

  • an alphanumeric LCD control panel with a 16-bit microprocessor card and a solid-state relay, for an easy and accurate control of all the operations such as: the machine state, number of produced packages with an electronic counter, production at the moment, heat sealing temperature adjustment, heat shrink delay adjustment, shrink time adjustment, shrink chamber temperature adjustment, lid opening delay adjustment, package exit speed, 'auto cycle' function, possibility to store 10 different operating cycles in the memory, possible irregularities.
  • The power supply module is isolated from the control panel and features a more durable and easy to maintain solid-state relay; in the case of a failure, you need to replace the damaged module only, without losing the stored data.
  • A sealing and heat shrink system controlled via a single operation
  • Production capacity up to 900 packages/hour
  • A PTFE-treated cutting edge
  • Air-cooled machine body
  • Closed-circuit liquid cooling for the heat sealing bars
  • A cooling liquid level control display
  • A quick height adjustment of the internal packaging table with an external handwheel

Polyolefin shrink wrap film

Besides packaging and film wrapping machines, we also sell polyolefin films. They provide an excellent alternative to conventional PVC films that are used less and less due to their adverse environmental effects and that are eliminated by EU laws. The polyolefin film is found to be better than the PVC film for a number of reasons:

  • recyclability,
  • no harmful fumes emitted during combustion,
  • no hydrogen chloride released in the disposal process,
  • no harmful substances that could penetrate foodstuffs,
  • possibility to wrap diverse products, including items with irregular shapes or sharp edges; it features resistant and durable seals,
  • transparency and pleasant shine, for a visually attractive wrapping of goods,
  • high quality parameters maintained over a wide range of temperatures from +30 to –30°C,
  • possibility to use both on small automatic machines and advanced automated production lines,
  • higher efficiency, you can use polyolefin films thinner than PVC by 20-25%.

Polyefin films have the B safety certificate and the Polyolefin food approval. We sell films with thicknesses of 12.5; 15; 19 and 23.5 micron in the form of tape and half-sleeve. We can also provide prints on the film e.g. recycling marks.
